Fattoush salad

This salad is packed with flavour and is perfect for a quick meal or as a satisfying side.

Ingredients

shredded baby gem lettuce
tomatoes, diced
cucumber, diced
black olives, chopped
pickled red cabbage, shredded
mint, chopped
tortilla chips

Dressing

2
lemons, juiced
3 cloves
garlic, grated
1 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
sumac
1/2 cup
olive oil

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, combine lemon juice, garlic, salt, sumac and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over top and mix well.
  3. Top with some tortilla chips and enjoy!
