Excellent egg salad and mustard sandwich

This sandwich is oh so simple but truly a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

6
whole, hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp
Dijon mustard
½ cup
mayonnaise
Splash of
lemon juice
A pinch
paprika
A pinch
cayenne pepper
2
thin sliced white bread

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combined Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
  2. Push the cooked eggs through a grater into the bowl and gently mix.
  3. Season with the paprika, cayenne pepper and salt.
  4. Brush the white bread with Dijon mustard and top with the egg salad. Finish with the second slice of white bread.
  5. Cut into small finger sandwiches and serve.
