INGREDIENTS
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus more for rolling)
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups water
METHOD
- Stir the flour, yeast and salt together in a large bowl.
- Add the water and stir until incorporated.
- Transfer to the counter and knead about 5 minutes.
- Clean out the mixing bowl, then add a few drops of oil and the dough, turn it around to coat in oil, then cover and let rise at room temperature for an hour.
