Ingredients

romaine, finely chopped
¾ cup
radicchio, finely chopped

hard-boiled egg, finely diced
½ cup
cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
½ cup
chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons
fresh basil, finely chopped
¼ cup
goat’s cheese
½
avocado, squared
2 tbsp
sunflower seeds, shelled
1 tablespoon
red wine vinegar, or to taste
2 tablespoons
olive oil, or to taste
Pinch of
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss with red wine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and enjoy!
