INGREDIENTS
- 6 ripe (seeded and diced) plum tomatoes
- 2 (seeded and chopped) serrano chilies
- 1 small handful chopped fresh coriander
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 juiced and zest lime
- heavy sea salt and pepper
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together, season and taste. Season again. Serve with tortilla chips
