Cauliflower Fritters

Ingredients

1
cauliflower
2 cups
buttermilk
2 cups
flour
salt and pepper
1 cup
spicy BBQ sauce
1 cup
blue cheese dressing

Instructions

Break down cauliflower into chicken wing size bites. Marinate in buttermilk for 10 minutes. Season flour with salt and pepper.  Remove cauliflower from buttermilk and toss in seasoned flour. Now repeat. Yes back to the buttermilk. Fry at 325 degrees for 5 minutes of until crispy. Remove and toss in hot sauce. Slice the cauliflower stems and leaves toss with blue cheese. Place on plate with fritters on top.
