The best grilled cheese

Who doesn’t love a good grilled cheese sandwich!

Ingredients

slices sourdough bread
2
slices mozzarella
2
slices provolone
2
slices swiss
1/2
parmesan, grated
1/2
stick butter
1
tablespoon parsley, chopped
1
teaspoon garlic, chopped
1
tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with garlic, parsley and 1/2 Parmesan. Spread on one side of bread.
  2. In a medium heat pan, place bread butter side down and pile on the cheese.
  3. Brown for 3 minutes, with lid on and flip. Repeat. Add water to the edge of the pan and place the lid back on.
  4. Steam for 1 minute.
  5. Remove, cut in half. Let sit for 15 seconds for the cheese pull and enjoy.
