This fresh and simple sandwich is big in bold coastal taste with filling buttery lobster and smooth avocado for a classic summertime meal!

Ingredients

lobster, steamed, cleaned and chopped
1
celery stalk, diced
1
avocado, halved and sliced
1 tbsp
mayonnaise
1 squeeze
of lemon
3 stems
fresh dill
salt and pepper
Buns
2 top cut
white buns
1 tbsp
mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a medium size mixing bowl toss lobster with mayo, celery, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Mayo both sides of your bun and toast in a medium heat cast iron pan.
- Remove and open, bang out avocado and place into a bun, top with lobster mixture and garnish with dill.
