METHOD

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl toss lobster with mayo, celery, lemon, salt and pepper. 
  2. Mayo both sides of your bun and toast in a medium heat cast iron pan. 
  3. Remove and open, bang out avocado and place into a bun, top with lobster mixture and garnish with dill.
