INGREDIENTS
- 1 1.5 lobster steamed, cleaned and chopped
- 1 celery stalk diced
- 1 avocado halved and sliced
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- 3 stems fresh dill
- salt and pepper
Buns
- 2 top cut white buns
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
METHOD
- In a medium size mixing bowl toss lobster with mayo, celery, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Mayo both sides of your bun and toast in a medium heat cast iron pan.
- Remove and open, bang out avocado and place into a bun, top with lobster mixture and garnish with dill.
