INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf sliced Brioche bread about 18 slices
- 360g grated Aged cheddar
- 1 cup melted Butter
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chipotle
METHOD
- Cut out circles from the slices of bread using a mold. Paint one side of each circle with butter and a pastry brush. Place buttered side down on a sheet tray.
- Top with grated cheese, then top with another circle of bread, this time buttered side facing up.
- Bake at 400F degrees for 10 minutes, flipping half way.
- Remove and cut in half to create perfect semi-circles of grilled cheese!
- Mix chipotle and ketchup, then serve and enjoy!
