INGREDIENTS
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 4 sprigs mint
- 1/3 cup simple syrup
- 8 oz white rum
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 - 6 dashes orange bitters
- 1 lime cut into rounds
METHOD
- Muddle or bash the mint leaves and Simple Syrup together in a large measuring cup. Stir in the rum, lime juice and bitters, if using
- Fill 4 glasses three-quarters of the way with ice cubes, then tuck the mint springs in and around the ice. Add the rum mixture. Garnish with lime.
