INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 clove
- 1 piece star anise
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 slice clementine or other orange
METHOD
Slowly heat cider in a pot with the rest of the ingredients. Once brought to a boil, turn off element and let sit for 10 min. Reheat if necessary just to desired temperature. Strain into mug and enjoy!
