Sparkling basil lemonade

Fresh basil makes a fabulous partner to lemon in this sophisticated and cooling thirst-quencher.

Ingredients

4
large fresh basil sprigs
kosher salt
ice cubes
1 3/4 cups
Tropicana® lemonade
2/3 cups
sparkling natural mineral water

Instructions

  1. Place basil and a pinch of salt into each of two highball glasses. Using muddler or back of wooden spoon, press to release juices.
  2. Half-fill glasses with ice cubes. Divide lemonade between glasses.
  3. Top with sparkling water; stir to combine.
