INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml milk
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup white chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- topped whipped cream
METHOD
Pumpkin spice white hot chocolate
- In a saucepan combine milk, cream, pumpkin purée, condensed milk, and pumpkin spice.
- Let this mixture come to a boil. Once it does, remove from heat and whisk in white chocolate and vanilla.
- Heat again slightly if needed and then serve.
