INGREDIENTS
- 2oz whiskey
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1oz toasted marshmallow syrup
- 2 marshmallows garnish
Marshmallow Syrup
- 3 marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
METHOD
Marshmallow Syrup
- Toast the marshmallows over an open flame and set aside.
Assembly
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil on the stove. Add 1 cup pure cane sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add the toasted marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Add vanilla and let it cool.
