Healthy ginger mango & pineapple smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups
plain kefir
3 slices
peeled fresh ginger
1 cup
frozen cubed mango
1 cup
frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions

Serves: 2
  1. Place kefir and ginger in a high speed blender.
  2. Add mango and pineapple and blend until completely smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
Tip: No kefir? Use 1 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1 cup cold water.
