Glowing iced maple pecan coffee

Chef Randy Feltis wants us to add a little maple goodness to our coffee and he even has recipes for more “adult” maple coffee beverages too. “Nespresso just dropped the perfect flavor combination – maple pecan coffee”.

METHOD

Glowing iced maple pecan coffee

  1. Drop cinnamon stick into a shaker
  2. Brew a capsule of Maple Pecan flavored coffee right into the shaker
  3. Add a tsp of vanilla syrup into the shaker
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until very cold
  5. Add into a tall glass with ice

Glittering maple pecan martini

  1. Add brown sugar in the shaker
  2. Brew a capsule of Maple Pecan flavored coffee and add it to the shaker
  3. Give it a stir to combine the sugar
  4. Add some vanilla flavored VODKA and some half-and-half cream into the shaker
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until nice and cold
  6. Strain into the glass and garnish with brown sugar
  7. Rim a Martini glass with crushed pecans and maple syrup
  8. Strain into a Martini cocktail glass
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add gold flakes (optional)
