Chef Randy Feltis wants us to add a little maple goodness to our coffee and he even has recipes for more “adult” maple coffee beverages too. “Nespresso just dropped the perfect flavor combination – maple pecan coffee”.

METHOD
Glowing iced maple pecan coffee
- Drop cinnamon stick into a shaker
- Brew a capsule of Maple Pecan flavored coffee right into the shaker
- Add a tsp of vanilla syrup into the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until very cold
- Add into a tall glass with ice
Glittering maple pecan martini
- Add brown sugar in the shaker
- Brew a capsule of Maple Pecan flavored coffee and add it to the shaker
- Give it a stir to combine the sugar
- Add some vanilla flavored VODKA and some half-and-half cream into the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until nice and cold
- Strain into the glass and garnish with brown sugar
- Rim a Martini glass with crushed pecans and maple syrup
- Strain into a Martini cocktail glass
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and add gold flakes (optional)
