No brunch is complete without a fun, fruity drink! Check out this tasty recipe for a ginger paloma mocktail, courtesy of chef Paul Lillakas. With grapefruit juice and hints of lime, this drink is oh-so-sweet—and the best part is, it’s completely alcohol-free, so you can enjoy it any day of the week!

Ingredients

cup pink grapefruit juice
1
cup ginger ale
2
lime wedges
grapefruit wedges, to garnish
thyme sprigs, to garnish

Instructions

  1. In tumblers or stemless wine glasses filled with ice, combine equal parts chilled pink grapefruit juice, ginger ale and sparkling water.
  2. Squeeze one lime wedge into each glass. Gently stir.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
  4. Gently squeeze or smack thyme sprigs against back of hand to release oils and garnish each glass with one sprig.
