Eternal Night Cocktail

Makes 2 drinks

Keep the Halloween fun going all night!

4oz

Black vodka

2oz

Rosemary lemon syrup

2oz

Lemon juice

Club soda

Black ice cubes

I pre-made my black ice cubes by boiling water with anise seeds and adding black food colouring, but don’t forget to strain it before you freeze your cubes
Combine vodka, syrup and juice into a cocktail shaker and mix.
Add seltzer, and divide between 2 glasses filled with black cubes.
