METHOD
- I pre-made my black ice cubes by boiling water with anise seeds and adding black food colouring, but don’t forget to strain it before you freeze your cubes
- Combine vodka, syrup and juice into a cocktail shaker and mix.
- Add seltzer, and divide between 2 glasses filled with black cubes.
