Extraterrestrial approved candy apples

E.T. would've phoned home about this one!

2 oz

green apple vodka

1 oz

sour apple

1/2

juiced lime

ice

egg white

1/2 tsp

green food colouring

In a martini shaker add all ingredients and shake it like a polaroid picture. Only harder. Really foam up the whites.
Strain into a old fashion cocktail glass and garnish with mint and a paper straw.
