Wild rice casserole
A scrumptious casserole, made with an Indigenous twist.

Ingredients
1 cup
wild rice
1 cup
brown rice
Chopped mixed peppers
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped celery
Chopped Onions
TT
oil
TT
rice vinegar
Fine sea salt
Cracked pepper
Instructions
- 2 cups water to every cup of rice
- Sautee all vegetables in a pan with olive oil
- Mix all ingredients add a few tablespoons of olive oil
- Add rice vinegar one or 2 tablespoons to taste
- Add salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly
- Optional: to add finely chopped parsley and pine nuts
