INGREDIENTS
- 1 lbs fresh turkey breast cut into large cubes
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 2 shakes Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp za'atar
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 splash olive oil
- TT salt
- TT pepper
Greek Salad
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 sweet pepper diced
- 1/4 onion sliced thin
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 romaine heart torn
- 1/2 cup black kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta crumbled
Greek Dressing
- 1/2 cup feta crumbled
- 1/4 cup dill chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsps buttermilk
- TT salt
- TT pepper
METHOD
Turkey Souvlaki
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 5 minutes to 1 hour.
- Skewer turkey and sear in hot cast iron pan, roast in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes
