INGREDIENTS
- 1 9 oz dough stretch to 12 inches
- 4 oz uncooked pizza sauce (purée tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil)
- 5 oz shredded mozzarella
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 splash olive oil
METHOD
Special tools: Pizza pallet pizza stone
- Stretch dough with hands and a handful of flour.
- Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and a splash olive oil.
- Bake in a 450 degree oven on a pizza stone for 8-9 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove place on plate and garnish with fresh basil.
