INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp. Apple balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp. organic honey
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves unpeeled
- 1 lemon grated for lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. cold pressed Canola oil
- 1 whole Duck Crown
METHOD
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate the duck crown.
- Once marinated, tie and hang over the fire until cooked.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a nice salad.
