INGREDIENTS
- 50g smoked cheddar
- 50g brie
- 50g blue cheese (sub goat cheese)
- 3 slices of crispy prosciutto
- 3 slices of spicy calabrese
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp truffle oil
- pretzel bread sliced
- 1/2 apple sliced
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
Cucumber & Mint Cocktail
- 3 slices of cucumber
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 oz. blanco tequila
- 1 cup soda or sparkling water
- ice
Strawberry Coconut Shortcake
- 8 strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut whip
- sponge cake
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
METHOD
Cheese and Charcuterie Board
- Mix honey and truffle oil together in a small jar or ramekin.
- Cut up brie and cheddar into bite size pieces.
- Arrange the rest of the ingredients on your board.
Cucumber & Mint Cocktail
- Muddle cucumber & mint in lemon juice.
- Add tequila & ice and top with sparkling water.
Strawberry Coconut Shortcake
- Finely chop the strawberries until almost mashed.
- Layer the ingredient in the mason jar in the order of, cake, strawberries, coconut whip.
- Sift icing sugar on top of the final layer.
