Marinated skirt steak platter

Ingredients

2 x 8oz
skirt steak
3 cloves
crushed garlic
2 tbsp
olive oil
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
2 tsp
honey
2 tsp
smoked paprika
3/4 tsp
cumin
3/4 tsp
cayenne
1 cup
halved cherry tomatoes
2 tsp
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp
maldon salt
1/2 tsp
fresh cracked black pepper
10 stalks
roughly chopped parsley

Instructions

1) In a mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients except skirt steak. Pour into a large Ziploc bag, add skirt steak and marinate for minimum 2 hours, maximum overnight. 2) Heat a grill pan on high heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray and grill steaks for 3 minutes on first side and 90 seconds on the other side. 3) Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing 1 inch pieces against the grain. 4) Top evenly with garnishes.
