Impress your dinner guests with this heavenly mushroom fettuccine in white wine cream sauce. Pair it with tender pork chops to satisfy your meat-loving friends.

thick cut bone in pork chops
4 cups
cooked fettuccine
2 cups
mushrooms, (oyster portobello king)
1 tbsp
chopped garlic
1 tbsp
chopped shallots
1 cup
grilled radicchio
1 cup
white wine
1 cup
heavy cream
1 handful
basil
salt and pepper
splash
olive oil
splash
grated parmesan
Instructions
Season pork chops sear with olive oil in cast iron pan for 2-3 minutes. Turn and place in 400 degree oven for 4 minutes. Remove and let rest for 8 minutes Toast garlic and shallots in olive oil in a sauté pan. Add mushrooms and radicchio and deglaze with white wine. Reduce to 1/4 and add cream. Reduce by half and add pasta, season with salt, pepper and parmigiana. Twirl with butcher fork and place on plate. Garnish with basil and perfectly cooked pork chop.
