- In a medium size sauce pan, season and sear beef ribs in olive oil.
- When brown on all sides add veggies, and dates.
- Sweat lightly and deglaze with vinegar. Let reduce by half.
- Add red wine let reduce by half and add stock.
- Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
