Red wine beef short ribs

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. In a medium size sauce pan, season and sear beef ribs in olive oil. 
  2. When brown on all sides add veggies, and dates.
  3. Sweat lightly and deglaze with vinegar.  Let reduce by half. 
  4. Add red wine let reduce by half and add stock.
  5. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
