INGREDIENTS
- 450 g ground turkey
- ½ cup panko
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon hot chili garlic sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- buns lettuce, tomatoes
METHOD
1.Mix the turkey, panko, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, garlic and chili-garlic sauce until well-combined. Shape mixture into 4 ½-inch patties.
2.Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add oil, then add patties and cook 2 to 3 min per side or until golden. Reduce heat to low and cook 4 to 7 min or until cooked through.
