INGREDIENTS
- 12 raspberry point oysters
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
METHOD
Shuck oysters and remove liquid (liquor) to a bowl. Leave oysters in the shell. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, return to shell and serve on ice or salt in a serving platter of your choice.
