INGREDIENTS
- 400 ml Frank's RedHot Hot Sauce
- 150 g cubed Butter chilled
- 150 mL Your favourite Bbq sauce
METHOD
- Pour hot sauce into a stainless steel bowl, place on a large pot with 1 inch of simmering water, (the pros call this a double boiler).
- Slowly add butter and whisk. Then add bbq sauce.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
