Ragu Alla Bolognese
Sauté the vegetables into a tasty Italian ragu alla bolognese that is simple to make for the whole family!

Ingredients
1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
sausage meat, loosened
6 oz
ground pancetta
3 cups
mixed ground onion celery and carrots, minced
4
garlic cloves
1 cup
white wine
8 oz
can tomato paste
1/2 cup
milk
1 cup
chicken stock
2
bay leaves
1 dash
grated nutmeg
2 oz
olive oil
2 tbsp
butter
salt
pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables and the garlic with the oil and the butter, add the bay leaves and the pancetta and sauté until it is translucent.
- Add the meat to the vegetables and sauté over high heat; make sure to break up all the lumps of meat.
- Sprinkle with the wine and evaporate well, add the milk and simmer for about ten minutes and then add the tomato and the stock.
- Simmer covered for at least 2 hours, stir from time to time and do not let it stick and burn.
