Pineapple salad with fried rice
Two side dishes that pair perfectly with Thai chicken satay - sweet and spicy pineapple salad, served with a filling fried rice!

Pineapple Salad
- Combine everything in a bowl well and season to your desired taste. Set aside until required.
Fried Rice
- In a large frying pan on high heat add cooking oil.
- Fry rice constantly moving it in the pan.
- Fry for one minute then add red pepper and seasoning and set aside until required.
- Assemble plate by spooning rice, topping with some pineapple, then skewers and top with chutney and fresh herbs.
