Ingredients

6 cups
cooked pasta, of choice
1 cup
cooked coldwater shrimp
1/4 cup
torn basil leaves
1/2
red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp
olive oil
1/2 cup
good quality basil pesto
1
lemon, zested and juiced
To season
salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix with spoon until well-combined.
  • Let cool in refrigerator until ready to serve.
