- 1 oz grainy mustard
- 1 oz chopped chives

Tomato Bread with Burrata
- 2 large, ripe, beefsteak tomatoes grated
- 1/2 garlic clove grated
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- splash red wine vinegar
- 4 oz burrata
- 6 leaves fresh basil

METHOD
Olive oil flat breads
Prep time 20 minutes
Cook time 4 minutes
Special tools cast iron pan.
- Pat pan thin with fingers and fry in a cast iron pan with olive oil at medium heat.
- 2 minutes per side Top with the magical ingredients below
Bologna Bread
- Fold mortadella and place on bread.
- Toss remaining ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle on top.
Tomato Bread with Burrata
- Place grated tomato and garlic in a strainer and rest for 15 minutes.
- Remove and season with salt pepper and vinegar.
- Place on bread and garnish with Burrata and basil
Avocado Smoked Salmon
- Slice avocado and place on bread, season with salt and pepper and splash with lime juice.
- Top with salmon, garnish with onion and dill
Zucchini Ribbon with Salty Cheese
- Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Place on bread and enjoy!!!
