Miso dressing

Makes  1 cup
Make a quick healthy salad dressing in the blender using flavour-loaded miso.

Ingredients

1
very small garlic, clove
1/4 cup
water
1/2 cup
miso
3 tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 tsp
Dijon
1/3 cup
vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Combine everything except oil in a small blender and purée until smooth. Add oil and purée until combined. Drizzle over salad greens, steamed vegetables or chilled noodles.
