INGREDIENTS
- 1 very small garlic clove
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup miso
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
METHOD
- Combine everything except oil in a small blender and purée until smooth. Add oil and purée until combined. Drizzle over salad greens, steamed vegetables or chilled noodles.
