INGREDIENTS
- 1 large Cauliflower stems and florets cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp Almond milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped Chives fresh
METHOD
In a steamer basket, cover and steam cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. Using a potato masher, mash cauliflower until the texture of mashed potatoes. Add nutritional yeast, almond milk, salt and pepper; stir until combined. Top with chives.
