INGREDIENTS
- 1pc smashed/ minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup roasted tomato sauce
- 1/4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsps chopped parsley
- 2tbsps sherry vinegar
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp chili oil
- 1/2 cup grape seed oil
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Seasonal with salt & pepper. Can be made 10 days ahead
