METHOD
- Toss peaches in olive oil, rosemary, honey, salt and pepper. Roast at 350F for 10 – 25 minutes, reserving left over juices.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on each side, and drizzle with additional olive oil before grilling. Grill for 4 – 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until medium.
- Top with roasted peaches!
