Ingredients

White Bread

Whole Chicken, cut into 8 pieces
16 slices
Pickle
2 cups
White Flour
1 tbsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Onion Powder
1L
Butter Milk
3 tbsp
Pickle Juice
1/2 lb
Butter
2 tbsp
Cayenne Powder
1
Lemon
1 tsp
Salt
Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Place all the chicken in butter milk and add pickle juice. Let marinade in fridge for a few hours.
  2. Place flour in a large bowl and mix onion powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp salt and mix well. Add the chicken to the flour and squeeze tightly.
  3. Preheat your frying oil to 330F.
  4. Fry chicken for approximately 12 minutes or internal temperature reaches 160F.
  5. While chicken is frying melt butter, mix with cayenne lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Place cooked chicken in a bowl and drizzle cayenne butter over it. Toss like chicken wings to ensure all the chicken get covered.
  6. Place chicken on sliced white bread and top with pickle slices.
