This delicious deep dish pizza is cheesy and minty!

Ingredients

12 oz dough

oz extra virgin olive oil
1
zucchini, sliced thin
2
oz pesto
1
lemon
4
oz burrata cream
3
oz grated parmigiana
1
handful fresh mint
salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pour olive oil into a cast iron pan. Stretch dough to the edges. Glaze with pesto, sliced zucchini and grated parmigiana.
- Bake at 450 for 14-18 minutes
- Remove and let rest on a baking rack. Top with lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh mint, Burrata cream and black pepper. Slice and serve.
