Coffee-BBQ brisket mini meatloaf squares

Ingredients

1lb
cooked brisket
2 lb
ground beef
½ cup
panko
4 oz
espresso
¼ cup
BBQ sauce
1
egg

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients well in a bowl then transfer to oiled/buttered loaf pan.
  3. Cover firmly with foil and bake for 45min or until a meat thermometer registers 160F.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing, glaze with BBQ sauce and serve.
