Ingredients

cooked brisket

ground beef
½ cup
panko
4 oz
espresso
¼ cup
BBQ sauce

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients well in a bowl then transfer to oiled/buttered loaf pan.
- Cover firmly with foil and bake for 45min or until a meat thermometer registers 160F.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing, glaze with BBQ sauce and serve.
