INGREDIENTS
- Jane's chicken nuggets
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups steamed broccoli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
METHOD
- Pre-cook the chicken nuggets as per the instructions
- Boil the pasta and steam the broccoli until both are al dente
- Once paste is drained mix with tomato sauce in a pot
- In a casserole dish, cover the bottom with a layer of pasta/tomato sauce mixture
- Add a layer of the steamed broccoli
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded cheese on top
- Add another layer of the pasta and sauce mixture
- Finally, lay chicken nuggets on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese
- Heat in the oven for 15 min at 350° and serve
