Ingredients

32 oz
Beef Stock
4
Sourdough Rolls
1 lb
Medium rare roast beef, thinly sliced
1 cup
Gardiniera, chopped
4 slices
Provolone
1
Red pepper, sauté to soft

Instructions

  1. In a medium stock pot heat beef stock and simmer beef for a few minutes.  It should absorb the stock but not over cook it.
  2. Place provolone in sourdough and top with sliced beef. Add giardiniera and sweet peppers.
  3. Now you have a decision to make... eat your awesome sandwich, ladle a little beef stock into your sandwich, baptize you sandwich in beef stock.
