Beef Stock

Sourdough Rolls
1 lb
Medium rare roast beef, thinly sliced
1 cup
Gardiniera, chopped
4 slices
Provolone
1
Red pepper, sauté to soft
Instructions
- In a medium stock pot heat beef stock and simmer beef for a few minutes. It should absorb the stock but not over cook it.
- Place provolone in sourdough and top with sliced beef. Add giardiniera and sweet peppers.
- Now you have a decision to make... eat your awesome sandwich, ladle a little beef stock into your sandwich, baptize you sandwich in beef stock.
