Chef Randy Feltis' Bacon Weave Turkey

Now THIS is a turkey you will be proud to serve!

 

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. On a large sheet of parchment paper lay down 8 pieces of bacon. Then going the other direction with 8 pieces go over and under to create the perfect weave.
  2. Roll up the parchment with bacon inside and unroll onto the turkey, making a perfect bacon hat.
  3. Roast at 350 degrees until internal temperature hits 165 degrees. Remove.
  4. Let rest for 20 minutes then serve proudly!
