INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken cooked rotisserie
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits 10
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 rib celery
- 1/4 green pepper
- 2 green onions
- 2 cups mozzarella shredded
METHOD
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut chicken into large, bite-sized pieces. Place in large mixing bowl.
- Pour pasta sauce over chicken.
- Separate dough into eight biscuits. Cut each biscuit into eight pieces then add to chicken mixture. Gently fold together to combine. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Evenly sprinkle on garlic powder.
- Finely chop celery, green pepper and green onion and sprinkle over top.
- Scatter cheese over top.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
