INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 liter Olive oil
- 1/2 lb medium Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 cup sliced Pickles
- 3 slices cut into 3 strips American cheddar
- 1 beaten Egg
- 1 package Spring roll wraps
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Place olive oil in sauce pot at medium-low heat.
- Mix mustard and ketchup with ground beef and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay down wraps on a 45 degree and place 1 oz quenelle of beef in the bottom center. Top with pickles, a slice of cheese and place egg wash around the outside edges and roll up. Gently fry all sides until golden. Slice in half and serve.
