Chardonnay microwaved lobster

Ingredients

1 1.5 lb
Canadian hard-shell lobster
2 oz
Chardonnay
1
lemon, sliced
1 handful
basil leaves
1 pinch
salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into bread bag and tie up tight.
  2. Place bag in microwave and cook on high heat for 6 minutes.
  3. Remove bag. Open bag carefully to avoid getting a steam burn.
  4. Break open lobster and enjoy.
